Description
The Loft Suite sleeps 2. The double doors opens out to a large private balcony overlooking the pool. There are super views of the surrounding Franschhoek mountains. The balcony has an awning that can be rolled out for those warm summer days where you can relax or dine at the table and chairs. The suite also features a circular window with interesting views of the wonderful town around you.
The Loft Suite has a large open plan area with a well-fitted kitchen and a convenient counter and bar stools. The sumptuous lounge area has a flat screen TV. And if you need it, there is air-conditioning for those warmer summer days.
Suite Facilities
There is king size bed and just above it is a skylight. The modern bathroom has a large shower and another skylight.

Policies
Check-in and check-out
You may check in any time after 2.00pm. Check out is before 10.00am. You will be welcomed on arrival and shown around around the house and the facilities. We will help make sure your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Cancellation
Deposits/prepayments are not refundable for cancellations within 21 days of arrival. If cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival , you will not be charged. Refunds on deposits for other bookings or premature departures are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet the room.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Payments
Laurel Cottage requires a 100% prepayment prior to arrival. Full payment must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival. Authorisation may be given for our sister establishment Arniston Seaside Cottages to deduct a deposit from recognised credit cards. Note that credit card transactions will appear as “Arniston Seaside Cottages” on your bank statement. Laurel Cottage will confirm reservations on receipt of deposits.
